What brought you to St. Andrews?

The opportunity to teach and prepare students for the future.

If you could teach any course on any subject, what would it be and why?

Besides chemistry, maybe astronomy or geology. They are interesting and related to chemistry.

What are some of your hobbies and areas of interest outside academic life?

Gaming (computers and Magic) and model building.

If you weren’t a university professor, what would you be doing?

Working in a chemical industry or teaching high school.
