In their own words...
"Living on campus is a life experience I have learned so much from. We eat together, watch TV together, study together, and do absolutely nothing together. When I go home for breaks, it's like I'm leaving my second family!"
- Jess Cutler, Class of '10, from FL

What Distinguishes the St. Andrews Biology Program?

At St. Andrews, students in biology receive a comprehensive, well-rounded education covering the fundamentals of the subject. The B.S. degree is ideal for students seeking admission to medical or veterinary programs or graduate study in biology, giving students a scientific education focusing on biology, but featuring other sciences as well. The B.A. degree requires fewer total science credits, in particular requiring much less chemistry and no physics and is tailored for those students interested in professions such as teaching biology, physical therapy, and wildlife or environmental management.
