Transfer students should plan to attend New Student Orientation, where you will have the opportunity to learn about St. Andrews, meet with your advisor, register for classes, and meet your classmates.

St. Andrews is required residency. Exceptions to this residential requirement must meet 1 of 4 criteria and be approved by the Dean of Students prior to the beginning of your first term. These criteria are:
As a student you are:
§ 21 years of age at the initial St. Andrews enrollment
§ Married, or a parent of a child
§ Living with a relative within commuting distance of St. Andrews
§ Require personal assistance beyond what SAPC provides
Commuter students must fill out a Commuter Housing contract requesting approval to waive the residential requirement. If you have completed and turned in your contract and your bill reflects your commuter status then you are complete. If you have not submitted your contract, then you must do so.
