Pipe Major Bill Caudill

Bill Caudill has more than 29 years experience in piping and pipe bands.  He is a member of both the EUSPBA Judge's Panel and Music Board.  He is a prize winning Professional class competitor and has studied with notable pipers in the U.S., Canada, and in Scotland.  He is an instructor at the North American Academy of Piping summer school which was founded by one of his mentors, Pipe Major Sandy Jones (www.naapd.org).  He is a former Pipe Major of the Grandfather Mountain Highlanders and currently plays with the Charleston Police Pipe Band (Grade II).

Drumming Instructor Tom Foote

The band's drumming instructor is Tom Foote of Rochester, NY, (www.tomfoote.com). He is a member of the grade one Toronto Police Pipe Band in Ontario, Canada. Foote has been playing at the highest level of pipe band drumming for more than two decades. He is also a certified judge both in the PPBSO of Ontario, Canada and EUSPBA in the United States.
