LIFE INSURANCE
Amount of coverage is equivalent to 1 and ½ times the annual
salary
St. Andrews pays 100% of the premium. Supplemental life insurance is available at group rates.
LONG-TERM DISABILITY INSURANCE
One year waiting period
St. Andrews pays 40% of premium
RETIREMENT
Two year waiting period unless previously enrolled with TIAA/CREF
St. Andrews contributes 6% of the base annual salary
SUPPLEMENTAL RETIREMENT
No waiting period
