	St. Andrews Wrestling Takes Down Crusaders, 25-16 November 10, 2011 By: Philip Ratchford, Sports Information Belmont, NC- St. Andrews Wrestling (SAW) made the two-hour drive to Belmont on Tuesday for the second annual outdoor match held by the Belmont Abbey Crusaders. The Knights finished the dual with an impressive showing as they grappled to a 25-16 victory over the Crusaders. SAW brought home six wins, with Casey Gashaw (Laurinburg, NC), Caleb Mitcler (Green Mountain, NC), and Denzel Vaughan (Dinwiddie, VA) each pulling out a win by decision. Eric Brown (Norfolk, VA) went in at 125 lbs. and earned a win by a forfeit as the Crusaders did not have a wrestler to send to the mat. Junior Richard Manwarren (Middleburg, FL) won by major decision by posting a 12-0 score over his competitor, while Kody Getkin (Danville, PA) grabbed the only pin for the Knights at the event. St. Andrews 25, Belmont Abbey 16 125 Eric Brown (SA) won by forfeit . 133 Casey Gashaw (SA) won by decision over Jake Nelson (BAC) 4-3.  141 Will James (BAC) won by decision over Sterling Perry (SA) 5-4.  149 Kody Getkin (SA) won by pin over Brandon Wilkins (BAC) 3:57.  157 Caleb Mitcler (SA) won by decision over Logan Shronce (BAC) 5-0.  165 Joseph Maumoynier (BAC) won in overtime over Steffan Baker (SA) 9-7.  174 Richard Manwarren (SA) won by major decision over Kwame Seymour (BAC) 12-0. 184 Jerami Bartley (BAC) won by major decision over Trent Harris (SA) 14-6.  197 Nick Rees (BAC) won by pin over Josh Price (SA) 3:24.  285 Denzel Vaughan (SA) won by decision over Phillip Sharp (BAC) 4-0.  For their next event, the Knights will head to King College in Tennessee on Sunday, November 13, to wrestle in the King College Open. -GO KNIGHTS-
