East Brunswick, N.J. - St. Andrews Presbyterian College is pleased to announce the selection of two student-athletes to the USACOLLEGELACROSSE.COM NCAA Division II Women’s All-American Teams. Megan Jolly (Waterloo, NY) was named to the third team while teammate Kim McDaniel (Joppa, MD) was named to the Honorable Mention team.
The entire list of All-Americans can be found at USACOLLEGELACROSSE.COM. Freshmen were only eligible for the Rookie All-American team. Other class levels make up the first, second, third, and honorable mention teams. All of the women that were selected have the opportunity to participate in the Inaugural USA College Lacrosse Senior Women’s All-Star Games and Underclass All-American Showcase that will take place on Saturday June 4, 2011 in East Brunswick, NJ.
In addition to the All-American Honorees, candidates for the event include student-athletes who have been named to their respective conference all-star teams (All-Conference Teams). Including conference honorees, coaches may nominate a total of three senior players who have credentials that warrant playing in the All-Star format.
