INDIANAPOLIS, Ind.—Fans of St. Andrews Presbyterian College athletics can watch the selection show tonight (Sunday) to see if the Lady Knights women’s basketball team will make the 2007 NCAA Division II National Tournament on a broadband broadcast via www.NCAAsports.com/dii beginning at 10:30 p.m.
NCAA Division II and CSTV: College Sports Television have announced the Division II men’s and women’s basketball selection shows will be broadcast on broadband via www.NCAAsports.com/dii. The selection shows are set to air on Sunday, March 4 beginning at 10:30 p.m. (EST) in an in-house studio at the NCAA National office and will last approximately a half hour.
The NCAA Selection Show will be broadcast on CSTV Sunday night. Audio and video streaming of both the men's and women's Selection Shows can be accessed by logging on to www.ncaasports.com/dii
Division II and CSTV are in the first season of a multi-year television and broadband partnership that will showcase more than 70 live Division II regular-season basketball games.
The CSTV agreement, which runs through 2009, provides an amplified platform to highlight Division II contests and student-athlete accomplishments, while also promoting the intercollegiate athletics philosophy for Division II member institutions. There are more than 74,800 student-athletes competing at 290 NCAA Division II colleges and universities nationwide.
