St. Andrews postpones Saturday’s softball doubleheader

LAURINBURG, N.C. (02/02/07)—The St. Andrews Presbyterian College softball team has postponed its season-opening doubleheader against Wingate University scheduled for Saturday, February 3 due to wet field conditions caused by the inclement weather over the past couple of days. The two teams plan on rescheduling the games in the near future but a date and time have not been determined yet.

The softball doubleheader was rescheduled for Saturday, April 8 at 2:00 p.m. while the men’s and women’s tennis matches are tentatively rescheduled for Monday, April 10 at 3:00 p.m.

 

St. Andrews road softball and tennis matches postponed

LAURINBURG, NC—For the second straight weekend, the St. Andrews softball and tennis programs have had to postpone games because of inclement weather. The makeup date for the softball doubleheader at Mars Hill has not been announced yet but the men’s and women’s tennis matches at Mount Olive have been rescheduled for Sunday, February 26 at 1:00 p.m.

 

Knights fastpitch falls to Catawba

SALISBURY, NC— The St. Andrews Presbyterian College softball team hit the road for the second straight day, this time to play a rescheduled doubleheader at Catawba College.
