St. Andrews postpones Thursday's baseball baseball season-opener

LAURINBURG, N.C.—The St. Andrews Presbyterian College baseball team has postponed its scheduled season-opener against local non-conference rival UNC-Pembroke on Thursday because of inclement weather. The Knights have rescheduled the game for Thursday, March 1st at 2:00 p.m.

St. Andrews will now start the 2007 season at non-conference North Carolina Central ( Durham, N.C.) on Monday, February 5th with the doubleheader beginning at 1:00 p.m. After seven road games, the Knights will make their home debut on Tuesday, February 13th in a non-conference doubleheader against Chowan University, with first pitch slated for 1:00 p.m.
