Arraiz wins top singles match at North Greenville
February 16, 2007 TIGERVILLE, S.C.—Junior Gabriel Arraiz (Caracas, Venezuela) won the only match of the day for visiting St. Andrews Presbyterian College as North Greenville University posted an 8-1 NCAA Division II men’s tennis victory on Friday afternoon The Crusaders won all three doubles matches and won the final five singles matches in straight sets to improve to 2-1 on the year while the Knights fell to 0-2. Arraiz picked up his first win as SAPC at the top draw, sweeping Tomas Kurhajec by 6-4 and 6-3 scores.
