ANDERSON, SC—No. 24 nationally ranked Anderson University swept Friday’s Carolinas-Virginia Athletics Conference men’s tennis match against visiting St. Andrews Presbyterian College, 9-0, at the Max Grubbs Memorial Courts.

The Trojans, who remain perfect in the CVAC, improved to 11-3 overall and 8-0 in the conference. The Knights fell to 2-9 overall and 1-5 in the CVAC.

Anderson, the preseason favorites in the CVAC, only dropped on game in doubles play before sweeping all six singles matches in straight sets. Junior Daniel Reuben (Esher, Surrey, England) won three games against No. 23 nationally ranked Philippe Magat.

St. Andrews will visit CVAC foe Erskine College on Saturday morning at 11:30 a.m.
