Knights Unable to Restrain BroncosDecember 3, 2011
Ryan Streater (Charlotte, NC) once again led the charge for the Knights. Posting 21 total points, Streater found the basket seven times from around the key and once from behind the three-point line. He went 80% from the free throw line as he put down four of his five shots. Also posting double digits, Michael Dunkins (Candor, NC), Antonio Moffitt (Raleigh, NC), and Ross Williams (Washington, DC) earned 16, 15, and 10 respectively. Williams also threw five assists, the second highest for the Knights. Leading the Knights in assists was Aaron Christian (New Bedford, MA) who led seven of his teammates to add points for SAU. The Knights picked up 30 rebounds tonight, with an almost even split between offensive and defensive rebounds. Streater grabbed the most for St. Andrews by gaining possession of the ball after a shot seven times. The next game for St. Andrews men’s basketball will be a road trip to Lenoir-Rhyne University. The Bears will host the Knights at 7:00 PM on Tuesday, December 6. -GO KNIGHTS-
