—The St. Andrews Presbyterian College non-conference doubleheader at Chowan University scheduled for tomorrow (Tuesday, April 27) has been cancelled due to scheduling conflicts between the two institutions. The games will not be rescheduled. The Knights conclude the 2010 season at UNC Pembroke on Thursday at 6 p.m .

St. Andrews Baseball Alters Weekend Series at Belmont Abbey


BELMONT, N.C.
—Due to inclement weather overnight, the St. Andrews Presbyterian College baseball team has altered its three-game Conference Carolinas series at Belmont Abbey College this weekend. Saturday's game has been postponed due to accumulation of snow on the field. The two teams will attempt to play the series beginning Sunday with a Monday finish, which is all dependent on field conditions. Start time will be announced later.

SAPC Postpones Start of Lander Series until Saturday


GREENWOOD, S.C.
Due to the inclement weather forecast for this Friday, changes have been made to the St. Andrews Presbyterian College three-game weekend series at Southeast Region foe Lander University. Friday’s game has been cancelled. The two squads will now play a single game on Saturday (Feb. 6) at 4 p.m., followed by a doubleheader on Sunday (Feb. 7) starting at Noon.

Wet Weather Cancels St. Andrews Baseball Season Opener


LAURINBURG, N.C.
—St. Andrews has cancelled its 2010 baseball regular season opener versus the UNCP that was originally scheduled for Wednesday (Feb. 3) at Clark Field due to wet field conditions caused by the winter storms over the past week. At this time, no make-up date has been set. The Knights are now scheduled to start the 2010 campaign in a three-game weekend series at Southeast Region foe Lander University (Greenwood, S.C.). Friday’s opener is scheduled for a 6 p.m. first pitch while Saturday’s and Sunday’s single games are both slated to start at 1 p.m
