"Higher education is my business. I have been a professor for more than 30 years and have been a faculty member at the University of Kentucky and Colorado State University. St. Andrews' intensive writing requirement as well as the four year core academic experience of Christianity and Culture more than prepared me for graduate school and a profession in the academy. My faculty at St. Andrews were to a person delightful people but they also maintained high academic standards. Small liberal arts colleges provide critical thinking skills in the classroom and throughout the college experience.
