"Many college graduates see the world straight on with blinders, through eyes that have been focused with the opinions and thoughts of others. At St. Andrews my education was shaped from a world seen for the full 360 degrees and diversity that is our world with those blinders removed. St. Andrews professors make you think, make you come up with your own opinions and ideas and place you in an environment where you feel safe to share your thoughts even though others, including professors may disagree with you. It is a campus community founded on opportunity, nurtured with compassion, and focused on the the education and excellence of each student. St. Andrews is many things to many people but more than anything to me it is two things: family and home." (2006) |
