Please note that Transcripts are $5.00 a copy. If you fax your request, you must include your billing address and phone number. (We accept Mastercard and Visa, if you include the number, expiration date and complete cardholder's name.) If you mail the request, include a $5.00 check or money order.

We DO NOT accept transcript requests by phone or e-mail.
