Financial Aid Checklist

_______Filed FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid)

_______Received financial aid award letter from St. Andrews

_______Mail back financial award letter and other important forms

Examples: (You may not use all of these)

• NCLTG form (North Carolina Legislative Tuition Grant)
• Stafford loan request form (Student loan)
• Parent PLUS loan request form (Parent loan)

_______Complete Master Promissory Note for the Student loan and/or Parent loan and mail back to the lender. (The lender will contact you concerning this.)

________Complete entrance loan counseling. (Needed for a student loan. If the student is not taking a student loan then entrance loan counseling is not necessary.)

Please note that if you have not accepted your financial aid awards on your award letter and mailed it back to the financial aid office, your financial aid will not reflect on your statement (bill) from the Business Office.
