Our Intercollegiate Horse Show Association (IHSA) Hunter Seat Team competes in Zone 4, Region 3, and is the Regional Reserve Champion Team for 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006 and 2007. Many of our riders successfully compete in Regional, Zone and National Finals for IHSA. Our Zone Team was the Hunter Seat All-Star Champions at the 2002 and 2004 IHSA National Horse Show. Our Intercollegiate Horse Show Association (IHSA) Western Team competes in Zone 4, Region 3 and is the Regional Champion Team for 2006 and 2007.  A St. Andrews rider has been the AQHA High Point Rider for 2006 and 2007.  St. Andrews hosts four IHSA western shows each year.  In 2008, St. Andrews will host the IHSA Western Semi Finals

Our American National Riding Commission (ANRC) Team competes regionally and nationally. Many of our riders have obtained National Rider Ratings from ANRC. Our ANRC Team was the National Champion in 1997, 1998, 2000, 2001, 2002 and 2007 and Reserve Champion in 2004 and 2006. Additionally, our riders have been the Individual Champion or Reserve Champion at the ANRC National Finals 12 times. St. Andrews hosts ANRC Equitrials during the fall and spring semesters. Our Show team competes at United States Equestrian Federation shows in Virginia, North Carolina, and South Carolina. St. Andrews riders compete in the Adult Hunter and Adult Jumper divisions. Students with their own horses may compete in the Amateur Owner divisions. Winter showing in Florida is available for all team riders.

Our Schooling Team competes at schooling and regional circuit shows in North and South Carolina. This team is a great opportunity to gain experience in the show ring or to introduce a young horse to the world of horse shows.

Our Intercollegiate Dressage Association (IDA) Team competes in North Carolina and Virginia in IDA sanctioned shows. St. Andrews has qualified a team for IDA National Finals in 2002, 2003, 2004, and 2005. Additionally, our Dressage Team competes in NCDCTA schooling shows and receives clinics from outside instructors. St. Andrews hosts two IDA shows each year.
