Academic Advisor

An academic advisor has already been assigned to you from among our experienced and dedicated faculty.

Your advisor will review the Academic Information Form when you return it to St. Andrews and will assist in the final development of your fall schedule. Later this summer, you will receive your fall class schedule, along with a note from your academic advisor. During Fall Orientation you will meet with your advisor. At that time you will have an opportunity to make any adjustments to your schedule that you and your advisor feel are appropriate.

To further assist your advisor in course planning, we also ask that you indicate on the registration planning form if you intend to participate in athletics, the equestrian team, the bagpipe band, the choir, or the General Honors Program. If you have a major in mind, please include that information too. Participation in some of these activities and programs requires registration in specific courses, which your advisor will be sure to include on your schedule.
