Financing Your Education
St. Andrews is known for its academic excellence, the quality of its faculty and students, and the beauty of its campus and facilities. After evaluating these attributes of the college, many prospective students and their families recognize the benefit of investing in a St. Andrews education. At the same time, we recognize there may be some apprehension about college costs.
Every year St. Andrews commits significant resources – including scholarships, grants, loans, and campus employment – to meet student financial need. In most cases, state and federal funds supplement the College’s grant or scholarship support. This combination of awards can significantly reduce a family’s out of pocket expense.
St. Andrews is committed to assisting students and their families in meeting their financial obligations to the college. Admissions decisions are based on applicant academic and personal qualifications, not on ability to pay. And, every year, St. Andrews awards financial aid to approximately 90% of its students.
The goal of the Office of Financial Planning at St. Andrews Presbyterian College is to help students make their St. Andrews education affordable. For more information, contact the office of Financial Planning by phone at 910-277-5560. Office hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday- Friday.
